Lazy Rick's Chicken Pot Pie |

| 2 (9-10") frozen prepared pied crusts |
| 1pkg. (8 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables |
| 2 cans (9.75 oz.) chicken gravy |
| 1 can (10.5 oz.) cooked chicken breast chunks |
| 1 can (12 0z.) cooked diced potatoes |
| Preheat oven to 425 degrees |
| Thaw pie crusts according to package. |
| Remove one crust from pan and thaw upside down. |
| Heat mixed vegetables according to package. |
| Heat gravy according to package. |
| Heat chicken according to package. |
| Heat potatoes according to package. |

Drain and spoon vegetable into pie crust. |

Drain and spoon potatoes into pie crust. |
|
Add chicken. |
| Pour gravy over ingredients. |
|

Lay second (flattened) pie crust on top. |
| Pinch edges of pie crusts together. |
| Pierce top crust with knife point to vent. |
|
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. |
| Wait 7-10 minutes to serve. |
