Lazy Rick's Chicken Pot Pie

Comfort food - simplified
 
     2 (9-10") frozen prepared pied crusts
     1pkg. (8 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
     2 cans (9.75 oz.) chicken gravy
     1 can (10.5 oz.) cooked chicken breast chunks
     1 can (12 0z.) cooked diced potatoes
 
     Preheat oven to 425 degrees
     Thaw pie crusts according to package.
     Remove one crust from pan and thaw upside down.
     Heat mixed vegetables according to package.
     Heat gravy according to package.
     Heat chicken according to package.
     Heat potatoes according to package.
   

     Drain and spoon vegetable into pie crust.

     Drain and spoon potatoes into pie crust.

     Add chicken.

     Pour gravy over ingredients.

    

    Lay second (flattened) pie crust on top.

    Pinch edges of pie crusts together.
    Pierce top crust with knife point to vent.
   

    Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

    Wait 7-10 minutes to serve.
