This is a fictional account of getting even for rude behavior on an airplane. Lord knows there is plenty of rude behavior on airplanes. That part is true. I made up the recording based on an incident when some guy would not let me sit next to my wife. I made up a story about getting even with him.

It is also the story that the Marietta Register called the "by-now infamous podcast," and the Republican-owned Columbus Dispatch deliberately misrepresented as factual. The Jimmy Stewart  for State Senate [R-Albany] campaign downloaded this MP3 from my website. They distributed it to countless newspapers and radio stations, posted it on another website, and ultimately distributed it to an FM broadcaster in Florida and XM radio without my permission! This appears to constitute a violation of U. S. copyright law, because I am now deprived of generating any revenue from this "news-making" podcast. It is no longer necessary to visit my site to hear it. No one will buy my ad space (see above right)! How can I put food on the table? Jimmy, shame on you!

After listening, think about it. This story could not have happened. First of all, if I had gone to adult web sites, the sites would have tracked my IP address, and I would have received all the SPAM, or pop-ups, or phishing emails, or worse. Second, it would be nearly impossible to sign up a third party because of the age verification process required by adult sites - so I've been told. And finally, who messes with their email on an airplane?

But if you really want to hear it, it's here. Like much of the material on the Internet, it is intended for adults. It does contain the words "pornography," "fetish," and "penis," so be forewarned.
